What I can expect?
The KaDeWe Gourmet Floor is the Mecca for food lovers, with over 30 gourmet stands, an oyster bar and seating for over 1,000 guests. This includes a party service as well as romantic candle-lit dinners for two and events for up to 1,000 people. Your training as a cook will be varied, thorough and prepare you for an international career as a chef.

The preparation and presentation of food and drink is of utmost importance right from the start of your training. You learn the wide variety of dishes we offer so as to provide our guests with a very special gastronomic experience. You work five days a week, including Saturdays. You start at 6am and also attend college once a week to undertake the theoretical side of your training.
