What I can expect?
At the KaDeWe we produce classical and modern German bakery products, as well as French bakery specialities. The training is as varied as the products themselves – different types of bread, bread rolls and baguettes using different types of flour, and items such as biscuits.

You work five days a week, including Saturdays. You start at 6am, and attend college once a week to undertake the theoretical side of your training.
