We go out of our way to source meat from naturally reared animals and our staff on the meat counter has specialist knowledge in this field. You will find quality beef, pork, veal and lamb that come from animals that have been reared outdoors. Beef is prepared the Kobe way and comes from Argentian Angus cattle; pork has been specially selected from the Ammerland pigs, fresh lamb from New Zealand and in season game.
