You can leave your coats and jackets as well as your shopping at our Service Centre on the 3rd floor free of charge - 20 m across from the bridge on the 3rd Floor to the car park 1.

Porter
Our porter is available during the week from midday and on Saturdays from 11 am. He will carry your shopping for you free of charge from the checkout to your car in the car park or to your taxi. If required, please speak to our checkout assistants.

Kindergarten
At our in-store crèche, we look after children between the ages of 2 and 10 for up to 3 hours free of charge. After that, there is a cost of 5.00 Euros for every 1/2 hour. For stress-free shopping, parents can be equipped with an in-store contact phone during the childcare period. Where required, we also have buggies available. Your stay at the KaDeWe can then become a truly pleasurable experience - for your children too! We have experienced personnel in our crèche to look after our young guests. This service is located on the 3rd floor.

Gift-Wraping Services
Our expertise is to make even the smallest gift stand out. Arrive with personalised packaging for your gift and our team will be delighted to help you. The packing/gift-wrapping service is in the Service Center on the 3rd Floor (bridge to car park I). Personalised packaging requests can be carried out at an extra cost on the 6th floor. Our team at the Surprise Presents' Bar can also organise all the decorations for your party or have your venue individually decorated for a special event.
